社区护理干预对老年人生活方式行为的影响

目的探讨社区护理干预对老年人生活方式行为的影响,提高老年人生活质量。方法对深圳市盐田辖区110例60岁以上老年人进行社区护理干预,分别于干预前(2004年5月)、干预后(2005年11月)发放“老年人遵医行为调查表”和“老年人健康行为调查表,”比较护理干预前后老年人健康行为及遵医行为。结果社区护理干预前后110例老年人遵医行为、健康行为调查中甜食、每年参加全面体检无显著性差异,P>0.05;其余各项均有显著性差异,P<0.05或P<0.01;不同文化层次、不同职业老年人群健康行为知晓率护理干预后普遍提高。结论社区护理干预向老年人普及老年疾病防治知识,对帮助老年人建立健康的行为和生活方式,使他们尽快回归家庭和社会,提高老年人群的生活质量有很大影响。

Community Nursing Intervention Influences the Life Style of Old People

Objective To explore the influences of community nursing intervention on the life style of old people and raise their quality of life.Methods 110 old people aged over 60 in Yantian District,Shenzhen,were intervened by community nursing.'A Questionnaire on Medical Compliance of Old People' and 'A Questionnaire on Healthy Behaviors of Old People' were used to understand their recognition and medical compliance concerning their healthy behaviors before and after intervention(in May 2004 and November 2005,respectively).Results There were no statisical differences for the 110 old people before and after intervention in the two items of 'love sweet food' and 'annual physical examination'(P>0.05),but the differences were significant in other items.After intervention,the rate of knowing the healthy behavior was raised markedly.Conclusion By community nursing intervention,disease prevention and treatment is popularized,which is beneficial for their establishment of good behaviors and life style so that they can soon return to family and society and their life quality can be increased.
