神经生长因子治疗爆震性耳聋的临床观察

目的：观察爆震性耳聋患者临床用神经营养因子治疗的效果。方法：2006年2月～2009年2月我院门诊患者19例（30耳）采用注射用鼠神经生长因子肌内注射10d，观察注射前后纯音测定听力变化。结果：19例爆震性耳聋患者（30耳）经用神经营养因子注射治疗10d后．3例早期患者听力有不同程度的恢复。30耳爆震性耳聋经神经营养因子治疗前后纯音测听频率均值比较，有显著性差异（P=-0．01）。其治疗后有效率为11％，与文献报道用金钠多治疗有效率89％比较，本组有效率较低。结论：临床用神经生长因子治疗爆震性耳聋对发病早期患者听力恢复有一定的积极效果,宜早期治疗,病程超过1个月者治疗效果差。

The clinical observation of nerve growth factor in the treatment of blast exposure hearing damage

Objective： To observe the effect of nerve growth factor on blast exposure hearing damage. Methods： 19 （30 ears） cases of patients suffering from explosion hearing loss were collected in clinic from February 2006 to February 2009. They were injected with mouse nerve growth factor for 10 days, and to observe the pure-tone hearing changes before and after injection. Results： 19 cases of patients （30 ears） were treated for 10 days, there was a significant difference in the hearing threshold before and after treatment. The hearing of 3 eases suffered from short time recovered almost to normal hearing level. The effective rate was 11% after treatment, and it was lower compared with that （89%） of using Jin Naduo treatment. Conclusion： Nerve growth factor has some definite effect in treating early explosion hearing loss. Using it earlier is emphasised in clinical treatment.
