| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声（彩超）在糖尿病患者肠系膜上动脉病变中的应用。方法应用彩超对2型糖尿病患者肠系膜上动脉血管及其血流动力学进行检测,观察肠系膜上动脉主干管腔内径、有无斑块,检测主干内收缩期峰值血流速度、阻力指数和搏动指数,并与正常人群进行对照。结果糖尿病组与正常组比较,肠系膜上动脉主干管腔内径有增宽,管腔内斑块发生率较高,血流频谱形态有改变,各血流参数均有统计学差异,收缩期峰值血流速度、阻力指数和搏动指数均增高。结论彩色多普勒超声能够反应糖尿病患者肠系膜上动脉主干斑块发生率及血流动力学改变。 |
