摘    要:目的观察气管切开术后2种气道湿化方法的排痰效果。方法将2012年1月至2013年1月60例该院神经外科重症监护病房气管切开未用呼吸机治疗的患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常温贝朗精密输液器加生理盐水持续气道湿化法;观察组采用微量泵加输液恒温器加0.45%氯化钠持续气道湿化法。比较二者排痰效果。结果观察组患者痰液黏稠度、痰痂形成、气道黏膜损伤、肺部感染均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用微量泵加输液恒温器加0.45%氯化钠持续气道湿化法排痰效果优于常温贝朗精密输液器加生理盐水持续气道湿化法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expectoration effect of two methods of airway humidification after tracheotomy. Methods A total of 60 patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit who had tracheotomy but without mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group adopted continuous airway humidification of Braun precision infusion with normal saline,while the observation group used continuous airway humidification of micropump with infusion thermostat and 0.45%sodium chloride. The effects of expectoration of the two groups were compared. Results The spu-tum density,sputum crust、airway mucosa damage and pulmonary infection of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Micropump with infusion thermostat and 0.45%sodium chloride can help to improve the effects of airway humidification ,which is better than Braun precision infusion with normal saline.
