| 摘 要： | 本文解剖了100侧小儿大隐静脉,对其主干形态,长度,外径,隐股点,瓣膜和穿通支数目作了观察和测量。大隐静脉大部分(93％)为单干型,少数为岛型(6％)和副大隐静脉(1％)。大隐静脉长26.0±3.57厘米,属支以3-4支为多见,瓣膜每侧平均5.8个,集中分布在股部大隐静脉的最上段和小腿上段,穿通支中一支者较多,集中分布在膝上3.5厘米和膝下5-6.5厘米之间。

| Abstract: | Anatomizing the long saphenous veins of children in 100 sides, we observed the shape of the vein and measured the length, outside diameter, saphena -femoral point, numbers of valve and perforating branch. The results were as follows. The long saphenous veins were grouped as three types, the single trunk accounted for 93％, the island type 6％ and the subsidiary type 1％. The length of the vein was 26.0+3.57cm. Most of long saphenous veins have 3—4 tributaries.Average of valves concentrately located thigh and superior part of leg was 5.8. Most of cases only have one perforating branch concentrately located 3.5cm above knee and 5-6.5cm below it. |
