摘    要:目的评价在消化内科理论授课中采用理论授课与例证分析相结合的教学效果。方法在肝硬化理论授课中采用课前自学,课上播放典型病例DV,教师讲授难点,引导提问,学生讨论发言,教师总结,最后测验并进行问卷调查。结果测验完全正确率78.1%,基本正确率21.9%;认为此教学方式比以往授课方式好占80%;授课内容比以往更容易理解占76.6%;与教师交流机会比以往多占50%;同学之间交流机会比以往多占56.7%;课堂气氛比以往活跃占73.3%。结论“在内科理论授课中采用例证分析”的授课方式既符合现代教育观念,又符合医学生的知识基础和心理特征,同时为实现传授知识和发展能力的辩证统一创造了更好的途径。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of adopting case analysis in the theoretic teaching of gastroenterology. Methods Before the lecture on "hepatic cirrhosis", students were instructed to make a self - study. A serial of DV about typical cases were played in class, and the teacher instructed the nodes and provided leading questions. Then the students discussed, and the teacher summarized. At last, the students took a test and finished the questionnaire survey. Results The rate of completely correct and basically correct in the test was 78.1% and 21.9% separately. 80% students preferred the new teaching mode than previous teaching pattern, and 76.6% believed the content was more understandable than before. The rates of students who suggested an increase in the communication between students and teacher or between students under new teaching mode were 50% and 56.7 % separately. 73.3 % students convinced that the class was more active than before. Conclusion The mode of "adopting case analysis in the theoretic teaching of internal medicine" fits not only the concept of modem education, but also the knowledge bases and psychological characteristics of medical students. Besides, it provides a fine way for the concordance of knowledgeteaching and capability improvement.
