全脑缺血再灌流后大鼠的行为学变化

摘    要:观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌流前后的行为学变化。方法采用Pullsinelli的四血管阻断法制作了大鼠全脑缺血再灌注动物模型;用Y-型迷宫检测全脑缺血前后大鼠的产和记忆行为。结果大鼠全脑缺血再灌注后学习和记忆能力明显下降。结论全脑缺血再灌注严重损害了大鼠的学习和记忆功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the behavior change of the rats after global ischemia and reperfusion.Methods The four-vessel occlucsion (4-VO) model was created as described by Pulsinelli-Brierley in Sprague-Daewley rats. And the Y-type maze was used to detect the behavior change after global ischemia and reperfusion.Results The learning and memory function of the rats were reduced after global ischemia and reperfusion.Conclusion The global ischemia and reperfusion greatly impairs the learning and memory ability of rats.
