| Abstract: | In this paper, the forms of the marketized reformation of state-owned hospitals have been concluded. The main problem is that both the government and the market haven't give a full play to respective function. The solutions are on the basis of strengthening the responsibility of the government, readjusting its position and promoting the zeal of the market. |
