茎突综合征19例临床分析

目的探讨手术治疗茎突综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2009年7月在我院收治的19例茎突综合征的临床资料。结果19例茎突综合征患者均行茎突截短术治疗，茎突截去长度为1．4—3．7cm，平均2．6cm。术后随访1—6年，平均4年。其中治愈即症状完全消失13例（68．42％）；有效即症状部分消失4例（21．05％）；无效2例（10．53％）；总有效率89．47％。另有2例术后当时症状完全缓解，但随诊3—6年后再次出现前述症状，予以再次手术后，症状完全缓解。结论茎突截短术是治疗茎突综合征最主要的方法，疗效可靠。

Clinical analysis on 19 cases of styloid process syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment for styloid process syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with styloid process syndrome during January 2003 to July 2009 in this hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The length of cut - off of styloid process was 1.4 - 3.7 cm （ with a mean of 2.6 cm） , and all patients were followed - up for 1 -6 years （ with a mean of 4 years） after the operation. Among them, 13 patients （68.42 % ） were cured, 4 （21.05%） were effective and 2 （ 10.53 % ） failed. In addition, clinical symptoms were obviously alleviated after operation in 2 patients, but their symptoms were reoccurred during the period of follow - up for 3 - 6 years, and they were completely disappeared after the second operation. Conclusion Operation on styloid process is the main method of treatment for styloid process syndrome with confirmatory effectiveness.
