毛蕊老鹳草化学成分的研究

 目的 对毛蕊老鹳草的化学成分进行研究。方法 溶剂提取，Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离，根据化合物理化性质和光讲数据鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了3个化合物，为鞣花酸(1)，山奈酚-3,7-O-a-L-二鼠李糖苷(2)，山奈酚-3-O-a-L-阿拉伯呋喃粉苷-7-O-a-L-鼠李糖苷(3)。结论 化合物2,3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Stndies on chemical constituents of Geranium eristemon

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Geranium eristemon Fisch. Ex DC. METHODS Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structure. RESULTS Three compounds were isolated from Me2C0 extract of the whole grass and their structures were identified as ellagic acid (1)，kaempferol-3 , 7-O-a-L-dirhamnopyra-noside (2)，kaempferol-3-O-a-L- arabinofuranoside -7-O-a-lrrhamnopyranoside (3).CONCLUSION Compound 2 and 3 were isolat-ed from the plant for the first time.
