| 摘 要： | 复杂性胫腓骨骨折是指伴有血管、神经及软组织损伤的胫腓骨骨折、胫腓骨多段骨折及开放性骨,其临床发生率较高,病因较多,多为高能量损伤,可合并有多种并发症,临床治疗较为复杂。国内外骨科学者对复杂性胫腓骨骨折的临床报道较多,钢板内固定及交锁髓内钉为其常用疗法,目前微创治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折成为新兴的治疗方案。
