| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年心功能减退患者行腹腔镜手术的优势、安全性,以及围手术期的风险评估与处理。方法:回顾分析我院行腹腔镜手术的老年心功能减退66例患者的临床资料。结果:全部患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹及死亡病例。术后平均12h下床活动,住院时间5～7d。结论:腹腔镜手术对老年心功能减退患者较传统手术更具优势,是相对安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigae the security and advantage of laparoscopic operation in aged patients with the heart function fails,and assessment and fair dealing of risk surrounding operation.Methods:Review the clinical data of 66 aged patients with the heart function fails.Results:All operative were completed successfully,there was no serious cardiovascular incident happened,no death of the patients.The hospitalization was 5-7 days.Conclusions:Laparoscopic operation is feasible and safe in aged patients with the heart function fails. |
