腰椎间盘突出症的外科手术治疗(附221例病例报告)

目的 探讨手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及相关影响因素。方法 综合分析该院收治的221例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床手术资料。结果 221例患者优159例（71．9％），良49例（22．2%），可10例（4．5%），差3例（1．4%）；再次手术6例（2．8％）。结论 外科手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症必须明确诊断，严格掌握适应证，选择适宜的术式，加强术后护理与康复，才能取得满意疗效。

Operation treatment on lumber intervertebral disc prolapse (221 cases report)

Objective To analyze the effects and factors related to the operation treatment on lumber intervertebral disc prolapse. Methods The data of 221 patients with lumber intervertebral disc prolapse treated by operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 221 patients had results of excellent in 159 cases (71.9%), good in 49 cases (22.2%), fair in 10 cases (4.5%), and poor in 3 cases (1.4%), and the rate of reoperation was 2.8% (6 cases). Conclusion The operation treatment of lumber intervertebral disc prolapse must be performed after having precise diagnosis, surgical operation adaptation and suitable operation methods and enhancing nursing and recovery should be taken after operation in order to get a satisfactory effectiveness.
