24小时动态血压监测对中青年高血压病诊断探讨

Study on Diagnosing Hypertension by Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring of 24 Hours in the Youth and Meddle age

Objective: To explore the application value of the diagnosis, grading of hypertension and blood pressure's waving rules in the youth and middle age using ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) monitoring of 24 hours. Methods: 20 cases of age-matched people were studied as a control group. 172 cases of young and middle age patients with hypertension underwent ABP monitoring. According to the criteria of WHO/ISH to grade, among the 172 patients there are 52 cases in grade NO.1, 60 cases in No.2, and 60 cases in No.3. All blood pressure indexes were analyzed with statistics. Results: The rules of blood pressure change in the control and hypertension groups were similar. Blood pressures of both groups were down at nighttime and up on daytime. The higher blood pressure was, the more change was. Compared with the control, the indexes in the patients were significant different (p<0.01). Conclusions: There was an important value to use 24-hour ABP monitoring for funding early hypertension, diagnosing different grade of hypertension and understanding the changing rules and range of 24-hour ABP.
