| 摘 要： | 按照国家相关法规制度将实验动物从业人员培训纳入到实验动物教学改革中。通过调整培训内容,完善授课方式和典型动物模型范例的应用实现培训模式的转变;采取基础理论加实践操作考核的方式,增强学员独立思考和动手操作的能力;通过课堂讲授、实验教学、质量考核和跟踪调查四个方面实现对对培训教学质量的过程评估,从而建立了基于从业人员培训的实验动物学教学改革。

| Abstract: | Practitioners training is applied to laboratory animal science teaching reform according national relevant laws and regulations. By adjusting the training content, perfect teaching method and application of typical of human disease animal model to realize the transformation of training mode. By application of the assessment mode of basic theory combination with practice operation, the students'' ability to think and operate independently is enhanced. Through class teaching, experimental teaching, quality assessment and tracking survey, the process evaluation of the quality of the training teaching is performed. Therefore, the teaching reform of the laboratory animal science based on the training of practitioners is established. |
