腱鞘巨细胞瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声表现特征

目的:分析腱鞘巨细胞瘤的声像图特征,探讨高频超声对腱鞘巨细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法:总结分析了15例经手术病理证实的腱鞘巨细胞瘤的二维和彩色多普勒超声特征。结果:腱鞘巨细胞瘤其声像图特征为指、趾等关节或肌腱旁低回声实性肿块,部分肿块可包绕肌腱,单发或多发,大部分回声均匀,无包膜回声,与周围组织分界清晰,可压迫骨质,大部分瘤体内血流信号较丰富。结论:二维及彩色多普勒超声可作为腱鞘巨细胞瘤诊断的重要辅助检查。

Two-dimensional and Color Doppler Ultrasonographic Characteristics of Tendon Sheath Giant Cell Tumor

Objective:To study the characteristics of giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath on two-dimensional and Color Doppler flow imaging and to evaluate ultrasound diagnostic value for giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.Methods:The ultrasonographic characteristics in 15 cases of giant cell tumor confirmed by pathology were studied.Results:The manifestations on sonograms were as follows:Tumors near the muscular tendon or joints appeared hypoechoic and solid,and some tumors surrounded the tendon.Tumors were single or multiple.Most cases were with homogeneous echoes.Tumors were with sharp demarcation without capsules and could press bones nearby.Plentiful Color Doppler flow signal could be found in most cases.Conclusion:Two-dimensional and Color Doppler ultrasonography is a very important examination in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.
