TIA患者血清hs-CRP与预后关系研究

目的:探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与预后的关系。方法:检测43例TIA患者(TIA组)及43例体检者(对照组)血清hs-CRP的浓度,在1年的随访期内记录入选者再次发生TIA及脑梗死事件的情况,分析hs-CRP与TIA预后的关系。结果:TIA组血清hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在1年的随访期内,TIA组、对照组发生TIA分别为15例(34.88%)、4例(9.30%);发生脑梗死分别为9例(20.93%)、1例(2.33%),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);hs-CRP与TIA发作次数和发作持续时间有关(P<0.01),高水平hs-CRP(≥4.5 mg/L)患者在随访期内再次发生TIA、脑梗死的几率均比低水平者明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP可作为TIA患者的预后指标,血清CRP水平高的TIA患者提示预后差。

Relationships between hs-CRP and Prognosis of Patients with Transient Ischemic Attacks

Objective: To explore the relationship between levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and prognosis of patients with transient ischemic attacks(TIA).Methods: The hs-CRP in serum was detected in 43 patients with TIA and 43 controls.Status of recurrence of TIA and strokes was recorded during 1 year follow-up period.Results: The hs-CRP in TIA group was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.01).During the follow-up period,15 cases experienced recurrence in TIA group,but 4 cases in the controls.Similarly,9 cases developed cerebral infarctions in TIA group but 1 case in the controls.The serum hs-CRP levels of TIA patients showed no significant differences when the sex,ages,hypertension,and diabetes were considered.The levels of HS-CRP is closely associated with frequencies and duration of TIA(P<0.01).The recurrences of TIA and cerebral infarction were significantly increased when hs-CRP is above 4.5 mg/L.Conclusion: hs-CRP was a useful index for TIA patients,and high seral level of hs-CRP may predicate relatively higher recurrence.
