白塞病患者血清白介素-12及白介素-4水平的观察

目的通过检测白塞病 (Behcet’sDisease ,BD)患者血清白细胞介素 - 12 (IL - 12 )、白细胞介素 - 4 (IL - 4 )的水平 ,探讨T淋巴细胞亚群与BD发病的关系。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定BD患者和健康体检者血清IL - 12和IL - 4的水平。结果　①BD组与对照组相比血清IL - 12、IL - 4水平及IL - 12 /IL - 4比值均明显升高 ,差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;②BD活动组与缓解组及缓解组和对照组相比血清IL - 12水平和IL - 12 /IL - 4比值明显升高 ,差异有极显著性 (p <0 .0 0 1) ;而血清IL - 4水平的差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　活动期BD患者的Th1型及Th2型免疫反应均增强 ,但存在Th1细胞优势活化状态 ,破坏了体内Th1/Th2正常平衡。血清IL - 12水平可作为观察BD病情活动的良好监测指标。

The level of IL - 12 and IL -4 in the serum of patients with Behoet's Disease

objective To investigate the serum level of interleukin-12(IL-12,Th1-type cytokine ) and interleukin-4(IL-4,Th2-type cytokine ) in 48 patients with Behcers Disease and 20 controls, and try to understand the role of Th1/Th2 balance in the pathogenesis of BD.Methods Sandwich ELISA was used to measure the level of IL-12 and IL-4 in the serum of the patients and control group.Results ①The level of IL-12 and IL-4 and IL-12/IL-4 ration in all patients was significantly higher than those in control group (p<0.05).②The level of IL-12 and IL-12/IL-4 ration in active stage was significantly higher than those in static phase; the level of these in static phase was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.001).the IL-4 level was not statisticall different(p>05). Conclusion Th1 predominance nay play a significant role in the pathogenesis of BD, it breaks the balance of The1/Th2 in organism.ukin - 4 ;
