针刺太冲治疗轻度抑郁症的脑功能磁共振研究

 目的 研究太冲穴治疗抑郁症的相关机制.方法 运用3.0T功能磁共振成像技术,针刺抑郁症患者肝经原穴太冲,观察治疗前后相应的脑功能变化.将符合诊断标准的18例首发轻度抑郁症患者分为氟西汀组和太冲组,各9例,疗程均为1个月,采用针刺模式的组块设计方法,各组分别在治疗前后进行扫描,将治疗前后的数据进行配对t检验比较.结果 治疗后较治疗前,氟西汀组双侧顶下小叶、右侧颞中回、右侧枕叶信号降低；太冲组双侧额叶、双侧颞叶、双侧顶下小叶、双侧小脑信号降低.结论 针刺太冲能调节额叶功能,可能与针刺治疗抑郁症的脑机制相关.

Acupuncturing Taichong point for treatment of mild depression patients: an fMRI study
