雌孕激素受体在子宫全层中的表达

 目的 研究子宫肌瘤患者非瘤体正常肌组织的雌孕激素受体在子宫全层的表达,为去除子宫内膜保留子宫的术式安全有效性寻找理论依据.方法 选择子宫肌瘤患者非瘤体正常组织(距离肌瘤组织2 cm以上),用免疫组织化学的方法 研究雌孕激素受体在子宫全层中的表达情况,采用图像分析仪进行测定,对雌孕激素受体阳性细胞的表达率进行比较.结果 雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)在子宫全层中均呈梯度分布:子宫内膜层>子宫肌层>子宫浆膜层.子宫内膜层受体含量与其他各层有统计学差异(P<0.01),子宫浆膜层亦与其他各层有统计学差异(P<0.01),子宫浅肌层与深肌层之间无统计学差异(P=0.871).结论 在子宫肌瘤非瘤体的正常组织中雌孕激素受体在内膜层中高度表达,故与雌孕激素及受体相关的疾病如子宫内膜息肉、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、功能失调性子宫出血等疾病,去除了绝大多数雌孕激素受体的子宫内膜层即去除了大部分雌孕激素受体,选择子宫内膜去除术有效地治疗了疾病,从而保留了子宫,而并非选择传统的创伤大的子宫切除术.

Expression of estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors in the human uterus

Objective To compare the gradient distribution of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the whole layers of the uterus and to study the effectiveness of endometrial ablation in order to save the uterus.Methods The distribution and intensity of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) staining in various parts of human endometrium and myometrium were evaluated. Results The distribution of estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors in the intramural layers was mostly in the mucous layer, followed by the myometrium layer and subserous layer.Conclusions The expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the uterus was the highest in the endometrium.For patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,subserous myoma or endometrial polyps,excision of myoma and polyps can alleviate menstrual symptoms significantly.The level of estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors is at the peak in the endometrium.So endometrial abalation is effective.
