| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、糖化血清蛋白(glycosylated serum protein,GSP)、脂蛋白(a) Lipoprotein(a),Lp(a)]及纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)水平与微血管病变的关系.方法 将84例2型糖尿病患者分为A、B两组:A组为合并微血血管病变者44例；B组为无微血管病变者40例；同时选取40例健康对照者,分别检测各组人群的HbA1c、GSP、Lp(a)及FIB,分析以上指标在健康人和糖尿病患者中的差异.结果 糖尿病患者的HbAlc、GSP、Lp(a)及FIB明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；有微血管病变组明显高于无微血管病变组(P＜0.05).结论 HbAlc、GSP、Lp(a)及FIB的联合检测为2型糖尿病患者微循环障碍的提前诊断及治疗提供临床依据.
