结核分枝杆菌脂多糖抗原的提取及血清学诊断价值研究

 目的 建立结核分枝杆菌脂多糖的提取方法,评价其在结核病血清学诊断巾的价值,寻找更有效的结核病诊断试剂.方法 将火活的结核分枝杆菌经超声破碎,热酚法去除蛋白,乙醇沉淀去除DNA、RNA,透析得到结核分枝杆菌多糖.将其作为抗原,通过酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)方法 检测470例血清中抗结核抗体.结果 结核分枝杆菌脂多糖用于血清标本检测,敏感性为49.5％；特异性为93.5％,其巾健康对照组阳性率为5.2％,非结核对照组阳性率为10.3％.结论 结核分枝杆菌脂多糖抗原可作为结核病血清学诊断的组合抗原之一,提高阳性标本检出的阳性率和特异性.

Extraction and evaluation of lipopolysaccharide from Mycobacterium tuberculosis in serodiagnosis of tuberculosis
