血液标本放置时间长短对17项生化检验结果的影响

摘    要: 目的 探讨血液标本放置时间对17项生化项目检验结果 的影响,为临床合理选择检测时间提供建议.方法 采用TBA-40FR型全自动生化分析仪,对80例健康体检者的血液标本在不同存放时间内检测17项生化指标,用SPSS13.0对实验结果 进行统计学分析.结果 与1 h内检测结果 相比,血液标本放置4 h结果 差异有统计学意义的项目为血糖(Glu);血液标本放置8 h结果 差异有统计学意义的项目为Glu、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆红素(TBIL)、AST、K+;血液标本放置24 h结果 差异有统计学意义的项目为Glu、BUN、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、TBIL、ALT、AST、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆固醇 (CHO)、K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+、P-.结论 血液标本放置不同时间对部分生化检验结果 有影响,应做好标本分析前的时间控制.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of laying aside time on biochemical results of blood samples and offer advisable suggestions for the clinical laboratory.Methods 80 blood samples from medical examination subjects were analyzed at different times with TBA -40FR automatic biochemical analyzer.The results were analyzed statistically using SPSS 13.0.software.Results Compared with the results of laying aside 1 h,those of laying aside 4 h(GLU),8 h(GLU,BUN,TBIL,AST,K+ ),and 24 h(GLU, BUN,TP,ALB,TBIL,ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,CHO,K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,P- ) had statistically significant difference.Conclusions The laying aside time has effect on biochemical results of blood samples and effective quality control should be established before samples are tested.
