| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性炎症期小切口胆囊切除手术顺序的改进方法及临床价值。方法对比传统的顺逆结合切除胆囊的方法和顺序改进后的胆囊横断法在急性炎症期小切口胆囊切除手术中的应用。结果小切口开腹完成急性炎症期胆囊手术418例，其中采用胆囊横断法的顺序切除胆囊285例。结论在急性炎症期小切口胆囊切除手术中，通过改进手术顺序，采用胆囊横断法切除胆囊更为安全，具有临床应用价值

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operative procedures and clinical value of minieholecysteetomy for acute cholecystitis. Methods To compare the application of gallbladder transaction technique with the traditional combination of antegrade and retrograde technique in minicholecystectomy for acute eholeeystitis. Results There were 285 eases using gallbladder transaction technique out of 418 eases which used minicholeeystectomy for acute cholecystitis. Conclusion In minicholecystectomy for acute eholecystitis,h＇s safer to use the gallbladder transection technique by means of modifying the procedures of operation. |
