乳腺癌与甲状腺癌相关性的探讨

目的 探讨乳腺癌与甲状腺癌的关系。方法 回顾性分析3年间来我院检查甲状腺的女患(共计8 875例)的临床资料,按是否有乳腺癌病史分成两组,即乳腺癌组650例,其中最后被确诊为甲状腺癌的有14例;非乳腺癌组8 225例,其中最后被确诊为甲状腺癌的有42例。结果 乳腺癌组患者甲状腺癌的发病率(2.15%)高于非乳腺癌组(0.51%),他们之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组患者年龄、肿瘤的大小、包膜外侵犯、淋巴结转移和病理分型的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 有乳腺癌病史的患者甲状腺癌的发病率高于无乳腺癌病史的患者。甲状腺超声和超声引导下穿刺检查应该作为甲状腺外科的常规检查。

The correlation between breast cancer and thyroid carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relation between breast cancer and thyroid carcinoma. Methods Our study is a retrospective study including 8857 female patients in our hospital. Of these patients ,650 patients suffered from breast cancer,the rest did not. There were 14 thyroid carcinoma in the group of breast cancer, 42 thyroid carcinoma in the other group. Results The incidence of thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher in the group of breast cancer （ 2. 15 % ） than that in the group without breast cancer （ 0.51% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no apparently statistical difference in age, mean size of tumor, extracapsular invasion, nodal involvement and pathologic type between two groups. （ P 〉 0.05 ） Conclusions The patients with breast cancer have a higher incidence of thyroid carcinoma than the patients without. Ultrasonic and a fine needle aspiration by ultrasonic guidance should be routine examination.
