床单位消毒机在肿瘤病区医院感染控制中的应用

摘    要:目的通过对NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒机消毒前后床单位的检测对比,考察消毒后床单位是否达到《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995规定的Ⅲ类环境表面卫生学标准的要求,比较消毒机消毒前后肺癌患者发生医院内感染的差异性。方法选取武汉大学人民医院肺癌肿瘤病房床单位300张,即肺癌患者正在使用中的、出院临终肺癌患者的、死亡肺癌患者的床单位各100张,使用NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒机比较消毒前后床单位物表取样、细菌计数及菌种鉴定;比较使用NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒机消毒前后"肺癌"患者发生医院内感染的差异性。结果经NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒机消毒后,细菌菌落数显著减少,细菌杀灭率均达到98.0%以上,并达到卫生学标准规定。各床单位用具细菌杀灭率(%)(98.56%~99.96%)(P〈0.001)。经床单位臭氧消毒机消毒病房肺癌患者发生院内感染率(11.33%)明显低于未经床单位臭氧消毒机消毒病房肺癌患者发生院内感染率(92.67%)。两者比较,差异具有极高度统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论 NY-300S床单位臭氧消毒机可应用于肺癌肿瘤病区感染患者的床单位,对降低肺癌肿瘤区患者发生的院内感染具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To compare the differences of nosocomial infections before and after using bed-unit disinfection machine in lung cancer patients, and whether achieve the hygiene standards (GB15982-1995 standards ) by testing the outcome of NY - 300s type. Methods 300 beds (including recovering, terminal, and dead patients 100 respective-ly) in lung cancer tumor ward in the People's Hospital of Hubei Province were taken into our study. Through surface sampling, bacteria counting and species identification before and after using NY-300S bed-unit disinfection machine, the differences of nosocomial infections before and after using bed-unit disinfection machine in lung cancer patients were compared. Results after using bed-unit disinfection machine in lung cancer patients, bacteria colony counted down significantly. Bacteria killing rate were up to 98.0%, which meet hygiene standards. The appliance bacteria killing rate of bed units (%) (98.56%-99.96%) (P 〈 0.001). The nosocomial infection rates (11.33%) after using bed- unit disinfection machine in lung cancer patients were significantly lower than the nosocomial infection rates (92.67%) before using bed-unit disinfection machine (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion NY-300S bed unit ozone sterilizer can be ap-plied into tumor ward bed units of infected patients with lung cancer, which has significantly influence on reducing the nosocomial infection of lung cancer patients in tumor wards.
