我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的了解广州市番禺疗养院（以下简称＂我院＂）住院患者抗菌药物使用情况和趋势特点,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法收集我院2009-2011年抗菌药物使用数据,用金额排序法和用药频度排序法进行分析。结果 3年间我院住院患者抗菌药物使用金额占全部药物使用金额比例均低于10%,且总体有下降趋势,其中β-内酰胺酶抑制剂及其复方制剂、头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类是3个主要使用的亚类。就单品种而言,哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠的年用量及左氧氟沙星的使用频度连续3年均居首位。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物使用总体合理,但限定日费用较高的哌拉西林钠/舒巴坦钠的使用应引起注意。

Analysis of the inpatients' antibiotics use in our sanatorium

Objective To analyze the antibiotics use and trend of inpatients in Panyu Sanatorium of Guangzhou City（＂our sanatorium＂ for short）,in order to provide the basis for the rational use of antibiotics.Methods The data of antimicrobial drugs use in our sanatorium from 2009 to 2011 were selected,then the sum of consumption sorting and DDDs sorting methods were used for analysis.Results The proportion of consumption sum of antibiotics occupied less than 10% of the total drugs,and it decreased year by year from 2009 to 2011.Compound preparation of β-lactamase and β-lactamase inhibitors,cephalosporins and quinolones were dominated the top three in consumption list during the three years.Piperacillin Sodium/Subactam Sodium and Levofloxacin ranked in the front row in respect of sales amount and DDDs from 2009 to 2011.Conclusion The use of antibiotics is basically rational in our sanatorium.How ever,the use of Piperacillin Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium should be paid attention to.
