乳腺癌术后放射治疗的热塑体膜固定技术应用

摘    要:目的探讨乳腺癌术后放射治疗中的热塑体膜固定技术的使用价值。方法在解放军第三〇三医院放疗中心随机抽取60例(每例选一个照射野)乳腺癌术后患者,进行套热塑体膜固定与不套热塑体膜(用皮肤墨水标记)两种摆位(各30例)。测量每次治疗前后光野"十"字中心的偏移的数值。结果将两种固定方法所产生的误差分为三个组别,分别为:误差〈2 mm、误差2-5 mm、误差〉5 mm。采用热塑膜固定技术产生误差所占的比例分别为93.3%、3.3%、3.3%;皮肤墨水标记所产生的误差为66.7%、23.3%、10.0%。结论采用热塑体膜固定技术摆位可靠性更高,但是建议在患者体型改变较大时重新制作体膜,以确保疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of thermoplastic membrane for the postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 60 cases (each case choosing a radiation field) of patients with breast cancer in the Center of Radiation of the 303rd Hospital of People's Liberation Army were randomly selected for comparative analysis, for a fixed setting of thermoplastic membrane and no-setting the thermoplastic membrane with fixed positioning method (30 cases in each). The offset value of the center for the "10" of the light wild was be measured. Results The error of the two fixed method were divided into three categories, respectively: error〈2 mm, 2 mm ≤ error ≤ 5 ram, error 〉5 ram. The error of the thermoplastic membrane was 93.3%, 3.3%, 3.3%, respectively; but use the skin ink mark was 66.7%, 23.3%, 10.0%, respectively. Conclusion Thermoplastic membrane fixed technology is better than the unknown mantle treatment, but it is recommended to change the radiation field or course of treatment during the re-production of mem-brane to ensure the efficacy.
