责任护理模式在改善腹腔镜子宫切除术患者围术期综合状态中的效果观察

目的探讨研究责任护理模式在改善腹腔镜子宫切除术患者围术期综合状态中的效果。方法将2011年9月-2012年12月采用腹腔镜子宫切除术进行治疗的60例患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组30例，对照组以常规护理进行干预，观察组则以责任护理模式进行干预，将两组患者分别于干预前及干预后5、10d时采用AIS量表、SCL-90量表及WHOQOL量表对其休息状态、心理状态及综合生活质量进行评估。结果观察组干预后5、10d时的AIS量表、SCL-90量表及WHOQOL量表评分均明显地优于对照组干预后5、10d时的评分，且观察组干预前至干预卮5、10d评分呈现持续改善，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论责任护理模式在改善腹腔镜子宫切除术患者围术期综合状态中的效果较好。

Observation on the effect of responsibility nursing mode in improving the comprehensive state of patients with laparoscopically hysterectomy during the perioperative period

Objective To study the effect of responsibility nursing mode in improving the comprehensive state of pa- tients with laparoscopically hysterectomy during the perioperative period. Methods 60 patients treated with hysterecto- my from September 2011 to December 2012 were divided into control group 30 cases and observation group 30 cases according to random riumber table, then the control group were nursed with traditional nursing, the observation group were nursed with responsibility nursing mode, the rest state, mental state and comprehensive life quality of two groups were all respectively evaluated with AIS score, SCL-90 score and WHOQOL score before the intervention and at 5th and 10th day after the intervention. Results The AIS score, SCL-90 score and WHOQOL score of observation group of observation group at 5th and 10th day after the i ntdr-eention were all obviously better than those of control group at 5th and 10th day after the intervention,and those evaluation results of observation group before the intervention to at 5th and 10th day after the intervention showed a continuous improvement （all P 〈 0.05）, there were all significant differ- ences. Conclusion The effect of responsibility nursing mode in improving the comprehensive state of patients with la- paroscopically hysterectomy during the perioperative period is better.
