血液透析室环境消毒效果及病原菌检测

目的观察血液透析室环境物品消毒效果及病原菌检测。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检测,对不同消毒方法对室内空气和物体表面消毒效果进行了观察。结果使用紫外线灯管消毒30～60 min后,对室内空气中自然菌清除率为87.3%;用循环风空气净化器运行60 min后,对室内空气中自然菌清除率为98.5%。在两种空气消毒法消毒条件下,室内环境物体表面及其他消毒对象的消毒效果保持也存在差别。结论循环风空气净化装置的应用可明显提高血液透析室空气和室内环境卫生质量,有助于防控透析后医院感染。

THE ARTICLES DISINFECTION EFFECT IN BLOOD DIALYSIS ROOM AND PATHOGENIC BACTERIA DETECTION

Objective To observe the disinfection effect of the blood dialysis room environmental articles and to detect pathogenic bacteria.Methods Sampling on the spot and bacteria quantitative detection for different disinfection methods were used to observe indoor air and object surface disinfection effect.Results After disinfected with Ultraviolet lamp for 30~60 min,the indoor air natural bacteria clearance rate was 87.3%;after the cycle wind air purifier running for 60 min the right indoor air natural bacteria clearance rate was 98.5%.Two types of air disinfection conditions had different effects on indoor environment object surface and other disinfection objects.Conclusion Cycled wind air purification device application can significantly improve blood dialysis room air and indoor environment health quality,and is helpful for the prevention of infection dialysis.
