978株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及耐药性分析

目的了解柳州市工人医院（以下简称＂我院＂）鲍曼不动杆菌感染的分布及其耐药性,为临床用药提供依据。方法回顾性调查分析2009年1月-2012年9月我院临床标本中分离的978株鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布特点及其耐药性。结果 2009-2012年我院分别检出178、219、277、304株鲍曼不动杆菌,检出率分别为11.4%、13.4%、15.3%、16.9%。鲍曼不动杆菌的标本来源以痰液为主,占75.2%,主要来自ICU、呼吸内科和神经外科,分别占48.9%、14.6%和10.7%。分离的鲍曼不动杆菌除对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低,为29.6%,对临床常用的13种抗菌药物的耐药性基本呈逐年增高趋势。结论鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性日益严重,应该加强细菌耐药性监测,提倡合理使用抗菌药物,以减少耐药株的产生。

Distribution and drug resistance of 978 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii（Aba） isolated from Liuzhou Worker＇s Hospital（＂our hospital＂ for short）,in order to provide basis for antibiotics clinical application.Methods The data of 978 strains of Aba isolated from clinical specimens in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2012 were collected and reviewed to analyze the distribution characteristics and drug resistance.Results Among 978 isolated strains of Aba,178（11.4%） strains were isolated in 2009,219（13.4%） strains were isolated in 2010,277（15.3%） strains were isolated in 2011,and 304（16.9%） strains were isolated in 2012.The specimens were mainly isolated from the sputum,accounting for 75.2%.Aba specimens were primarily isolated from the ICU depart ment,respiratory medicine department and neurosurgery department,accounting for 48.9%,14.6% and 10.7% respec tively.The antimicrobial resistant rate of Aba strains to Cefoperazone/Sulbactam was the lowest（29.6%）,its drug resis tance to other 13 kinds of drugs increased year by year.Conclusion The Aba drug resistance is serious,it is important to strength monitoring the drug resistance,and the antibiotics should be used reasonably,in order to decrease the drug resistance strains.
