依达拉奉注射液辅助治疗癫痫持续状态的临床效果观察

目的探究与分析依达拉奉注射液辅助治疗癫痫持续状态的临床效果。方法应用随机数字表法将2010年1月～2012年12月第三军医大学第一附属医院收治的100例癫痫持续状态患者作为临床研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予地西泮注射液进行治疗,观察组患者给予依达拉奉注射液辅助地西泮进行治疗,比较其疗效。结果观察组治疗后较对照组癫痫发作次数明见减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组经治疗后较对照组发作时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出现共济失调、嗜睡和血压下降的人数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出现烦躁和呼吸暂停的患者人数与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论依达拉奉辅助治疗癫痫持续状态患者的效果显著,安全性较高,值得推广。

Clinical curative effects on status epilepticus by Edaravone Injection

Objective To discuss and analyze clinical curative effects on status epilepticus by Edaravone Injection.Methods 100 cases of status epilepticus patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Third Military Medical U niversity from January 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object,then they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,patients in the control group were given Diazepam Injection,but patients in the control group were given Diazepam Injection and Edaravone Injection,the curative effects were compared.Results Epileptic seizure frequency in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）,seizures time in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）,the number of discoordination,sleepiness and blood pressure in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）,but there were no significant differences among agitated and drops and apnea（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect on status epilepticus by Edaravone Injection is sure,it is safe and worthy of promotion.
