| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To study the operative method and treatment effects of adenoidectomy by nasal dynamical system under nasal endoscope.CASE REPORTSThe clinical data of 168 cases of adenoidectomy by nasal dynamical system under nasal endoscope were retrospectively analyzed,and all cases of adenoids were completely excised at once without complications and remains of adenoids.DISCUSSIONThe adenoidectomy by nasal dynamical system under nasal endoscope is a kind of surgery with mini-wound,safety and effectiveness. |
