柴藿合剂联合替比夫定对慢性乙型肝炎患者e抗原血清学转换的影响

目的：观察柴藿合剂联合替比夫定对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者e抗原血清学转换的影响.方法：将90例CHB患者随机分为两组,对照组45例仅给予替比夫定治疗;治疗组45例应用柴藿合剂联合替比夫定治疗,疗程为2年.观察治疗1个月、3个月及2年时两组患者肝功能情况及2年时e抗原血清学转换情况.结果：治疗1个月时与对照组比较,治疗组患者肝功能显著改善（P＜0.01）;治疗3个月及2年时,治疗组患者HBV DNA水平明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）;治疗2年时对照组患者e抗原血清学转换率为39.6％,治疗组为70.1％,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）.结论：柴藿合剂联合替比夫定是治疗CHB安全有效的方案,且联合用药可显著提高e抗原血清学转换率.

Effect of Chaihuo mixture on E antigen seroconversion of chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective： To observe E antigen seroconversion of chronic hepatitis B patients after the treatment by the Chaihuo mixture combined with nucleoside analog. Methods： Ninety patients were random divided into two groups, the experimental group （ n = 45 ） was treated with the Chaihuo mixture combined with nucleoside analog, the control group （ n = 45 ） was just treated with nucleoside analog, which was last 2 years, liver function and HBV DNA was evaluated after one month and three months, E antigen and E antibody were detected after two years. Results： Chaihuo mixture protects liver function. After two years, it was markedly improved the rate E antigen seroconversion of patients compared to the control group. Conclusion： The Chaihuo mixture has effect on E antigen seroconversion of chronic hepatitis B patients.
