柴藿合剂联合替比夫定对慢性乙型肝炎患者e抗原血清学转换的影响

摘    要:目的:观察柴藿合剂联合替比夫定对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者e抗原血清学转换的影响.方法:将90例CHB患者随机分为两组,对照组45例仅给予替比夫定治疗;治疗组45例应用柴藿合剂联合替比夫定治疗,疗程为2年.观察治疗1个月、3个月及2年时两组患者肝功能情况及2年时e抗原血清学转换情况.结果:治疗1个月时与对照组比较,治疗组患者肝功能显著改善(P<0.01);治疗3个月及2年时,治疗组患者HBV DNA水平明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗2年时对照组患者e抗原血清学转换率为39.6%,治疗组为70.1%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:柴藿合剂联合替比夫定是治疗CHB安全有效的方案,且联合用药可显著提高e抗原血清学转换率.

Abstract:Objective: To observe E antigen seroconversion of chronic hepatitis B patients after the treatment by the Chaihuo mixture combined with nucleoside analog. Methods: Ninety patients were random divided into two groups, the experimental group ( n = 45 ) was treated with the Chaihuo mixture combined with nucleoside analog, the control group ( n = 45 ) was just treated with nucleoside analog, which was last 2 years, liver function and HBV DNA was evaluated after one month and three months, E antigen and E antibody were detected after two years. Results: Chaihuo mixture protects liver function. After two years, it was markedly improved the rate E antigen seroconversion of patients compared to the control group. Conclusion: The Chaihuo mixture has effect on E antigen seroconversion of chronic hepatitis B patients.
