MT1、MT2和3-MMP在喉癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 通过检测喉鳞癌组织中膜型基质金属蛋白酶1、2和3(MT1、2和3-MMP)的蛋白表达,探讨其在喉癌浸润转移中的作用及意义.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测70例喉癌和癌旁非癌组织蜡块标本中MT1、2和3-MMP蛋白的表达,观察其表达结果与喉癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 70例喉癌组织中MT1、2和3-MMP的蛋白表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01),并与浸润程度和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05),MT1-MMP的表达尚与淋巴结转移有关(P>0.05).结论 MT1、2和3-MMP在喉癌进展过程中可能发挥重要作用,可作为判断喉癌浸润转移潜能的生物学指标.

The expression of MT1,2,3 and MMP in laryngeal caner

Objective To examine the expression of MT1,2,3 and MMP protein in specimens of laryngeal cancer and to evaluatethe significance of their expression in the invasion and metastases of laryngeal cancer.Methods The protein level of MT1,2,3 and MMP were detected using immunohistochemical technique in 70 samples of paraffin-embedded laryngeal cancer and corresponding para-tumorous tissues.The relationship of their expression and clinicopathology feature were observed.Result The expression of MT1,2,3 and MMP protein in cancer tissues was higher than that in para-tumorous tissues(P<0.01),and it had a close relationship with invasive depth and clinical stage.Expression of MT1 and MMP had close relationship with cervical nodal metastases(P<0.05).Conclusion MT1,2,3 and MMP protein may play an important role in the progress of laryngeal cancer,and it can be served as a reliable maker in estimating the invasive and metastasis potency of laryngeal cancer.
