Nasal T-cell lymphoma associated with hemophagocytic syndrome |

| Abstract: | A patient with immunohistochemically confirmed nasal T-cell lymphoma is reported. He developed systemic histiocytosis with marked hemophagocytosis, simulating malignant histiocytosis. The differential diagnosis from the latter is discussed. |
