经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术式临床分析

目的探讨经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术的效果.方法选择子宫良性病变的患者118例施行经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术,与传统腹式子宫切除术比较,并观察临床效果.结果 118例手术经过顺利,术中、术后并发症少.与传统术式相比,手术时间明显缩短,术中出血少,伤口疼痛轻,肛门排气早,住院时间短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义.结论经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术,切口小、瘢痕小、恢复快,具有微创化手术特点,不需专门设备,经济实用,值得推广.

Clinical evaluation of mini laparotomy intrafascial hysterectomy

Objective To study the feasibility of mini laparotomy intrafascial hysterectomy.Methods One hundred and eighteen cases of benign uterine diseases were performed mini laparotomy intrafascial hysterectomy,and compared with traditional abdominal hysterectomy.The clinical effects of two operation modes were investigated and analyzed.Results No patient had suffered from the operation,less complications had occurred among these cases.The successful mini laparotomy hysterectomy took shorter time,less bleeding and lighter pain,the patients reached an earlier passage of gas by anus and had shorter hospital ization period.A significant difference was found between two groups.Conclusion Mini laparotomy intrafascial hysterectomy is a kind of operation worthy spreading.It meets the need of mini-invasive surgery,has lower medical cost and never require extra instruments.
