摘    要:目的探讨自粘结树脂水门汀对不同表面处理的人牙本质的粘结效果。方法将24个人牙本质试件随机分为3组,分别施以不同表面的处理(A组不处理;B组磷酸酸蚀10s;C组磷酸酸蚀10s+One-step粘结剂)。使用Biscem双固化树脂水门汀制作牙本质/树脂水门汀粘结试件,测试剪切粘结强度,扫描电镜观察粘结界面形态。结果 A组试件的粘结强度值为6.13±1.11MPa,B组为6.53±1.12MPa,C组为9.46±0.52MPa。C组的粘结强度值最高,A组和B组的粘结强度值无统计学差别。结论是否用磷酸酸蚀牙本质对Biscem自粘结树脂水门汀的粘结强度没有影响,但磷酸酸蚀结合应用One-step粘结剂进行牙本质表面处理能够提高Biscem树脂水门汀的粘结强度。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to compare the shear bond strengths of a simplified composite resin cement to dentin surface treated with different methods.Methods 28 selected human dentin specimens were divided into 3 groups (8 for every group) and exposed to various surface treatments:group A was no surface treatment, group B was etched with phosphoric acid for 10s, group C was etched with phosphoric acid for 10s, and then coated with one layer of One-step adhesive.Then, Biscem resin cements were applied on the dentin surfaces of each group to form column.Shear bond strengths of each bonding specimen were calculated and the dentin/composite resin cement interfaces were examined by a scanning electron microscope.Results Mean bond strengths and standard deviations for 3 groups were, Group A 6.13±1.11MPa, Group B 6.53±1.12MPa, Group C 9.46±0.52MPa.Bond strengths of group C were significantly higher than ones of group A and group B.No statistically significant difference was found between group A and group B.Conclusion Phosphoric acid etching single would not improve the dentin bond strength of Biscem resin cement, however, phosphoric acid etching combined with applying One-step adhesive would exert the positive effect.
