甲强龙治疗重症支气管哮喘80例疗效分析

目的探讨甲强龙对重症支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果。方法 80例重症支气管哮喘患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规基本治疗的基础上,治疗组加用甲强龙,对照组加用地塞米松。结果治疗组40例患者,症状及体征缓解率为93.2%;对照组40例患者中,症状及体征缓解率为68.9%,两组缓解率相比,差异具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗之前各项血气指标的差异没有统计学意义（p〉0.05）;治疗后,两组患者的PaO2和PaCO2均有了明显的改善,但治疗组的改善更为明显,两组之间差异显著,具有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论甲强龙对于重症支气管哮喘患者有较好的疗效,值得临床进一步推广。

The analysis of the effect of Methylprednisolone treatment to 80 cases with severe bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the treatment effecacy of methylprednisolone to patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods 80 patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with the basic treatment routine,methylprednisolone was used in the treatment group and dexamethasone was used in the control group.Results In the treatment group of 40 patients,the remission rate of symptoms and signs was 93.2%;while in the control group of 40 patients,the remission rate of symptoms and signs was 68.9%.Comparing with two sets of response rate,the difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）;Before the treatment,the difference in various indicators in blood gas between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant（p〉0.05）;after the treatment,the PaO2 and PaCO2 in the two groups of patients both improved significantly,but the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups（p〈0.05）.Conclusion Methylprednisolone has a good effect on the patients with severe bronchial asthma,which is worthy using further.
