低分子肝素钠治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

目的探讨静脉滴注低分子肝素钠治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法选择同时具有皮肤症状、消化道症状的过敏性紫癜患儿60例,将其随机分为两组,对照组常规应用糖皮质激素、维生素C、西米替丁、葡萄糖酸钙药物治疗,治疗组加用低分子肝素钠治疗,观察10～14d内消化道症状及皮肤缓解情况。结果治疗组与对照组多项观察指标比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论静脉滴注低分子肝素钠治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜疗效显著。

Analysts of response to treatment for anaphylactoid purpura by low molecule heparin sodium

Objective To investigate intravenous infusion of low molecule heparin sodium treatment of children with abdominal anaphylactoid purpura patients. Methods Also have skin symptoms,gastrointestinal symptoms,60 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into two groups,routine use of corticosteroids,vitamin C,cimetidine,calcium gluconate medication,treatment treatment with low molecule heparin sodium group were observed 10-14d in the relief of gastrointestinal symptoms and skin. Result The treatment group and control group observed a number of indicators,the difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of low molecule heparin sodium treatment of children with abdominal anaphylactoid purpura has a significant effect.
