中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病致呼吸衰竭30例临床研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞型肺病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将2005年1月～2009年1月在我院呼吸科住院的30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医对照组,两组均给予常规西医治疗,中西医结合治疗组加用祛痰化瘀、健脾益气的中药。观察两组的治疗有效率和血气分析结果。结果治疗组显效6例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率93.3%,对照组显效4例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率66.7%,两组相比,差异均有统计学意义（p〈0.05）;治疗组的氧分压（PaO2）改善明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞型肺病合并呼吸衰竭有较好的疗效。

The clinical research of the Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 30 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure

Objective To observe the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Methods 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure treated in our hospital between January 2005 to January 2009 were randomly divided into the combination therapy group and Western medicine control group.Both of the two groups were given routine Western medicine treatment,the combination therapy group was added Phlegm stasis,spleen Qi in traditional Chinese medicine.Efficiency of treatment and blood gas analysis results were observed.Results The treatment group＇s markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 6,8,1 cases respectively,the total efficiency was 93.3%;in the control group,the markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 4,6,6 respectively,and the total efficiency was 66.7%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（p〈0.05）.In the treatment group,partial pressure of oxygen（PaO2） was improved significantly,which was better than the control group,the differences was statistically significant（p〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of combination of Chinese and Western medicine has a good effect to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.
