喉癌患者焦虑抑郁情绪的相关因素调查及干预效果研究

目的探讨喉癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生率及其相关因素，为临床心理干预提供依据。方法将80例全喉切除术患者分为干预组及对照组每组各40人，应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行问卷调查。结果干预前两组SDS、SAS均〉50分，干预后干预组患者抑郁、焦虑率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。干预组和对照组在性别、年龄、文化程度、职业类型、没有统计学差异。在经济情况、家人支持上，干预组要好于对照组。结论喉癌患者普遍存在严重的焦虑和抑郁症状，积极的心理干预，能减轻焦虑、抑郁的发生率，提高喉癌患者的生存质量。

Investigation on related factors and interference effect in anxiety and depression of patients with laryngeal cancer

Objective To detect the rate of anxiety, depression of patients with laryngeal cancer and relative factors. To provide the experiment proof for clinical psychological interventions. Methods 80 cases patients with total laryngeal cancer were decided into control group（40 cases） and intervention group （40 cases）. All patients were investigated via filling out self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scales（SDS）. Results The SAS and SDS scores of two groups were higher than 50 before intervention. After the intervention, anxiety and depression rates of intervention group were lower than that in control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. There was no statistical difference in sex, age, educational level and occuption between two groups. The economy and family support in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Anxiety and depression were popular among the patients of laryngeal cancer. Positive psychological intervention could reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression, and improve the living quality of patients.
