摘    要:目的通过检测新生儿高胆红素血症患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化,探讨NSE诊断新生儿胆红素脑病的意义。方法 36名健康新生儿和96名本院新生儿室收治的高胆红素血症患者静脉采血利用化学发光法检测血清NSE水平,同时做脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测。结果 NSE异常患儿BAEP异常率在观察组与轻度升高、中度升高与重度升高各组间比较p〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。在轻度升高组与中度升高组比较p〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论 NSE检测较BAEP测定能更早期诊断新生儿胆红素脑病。

Clinical significe of neuron-specific enolase in Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia serum

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)for the diagnosis of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.Methods 36 healthy newborns and 96 patients with hyperbilirubinemia were detected by blood serum NSE level,while doing the brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)detection.Results BAEP abnormalities in children with abnormal rates of NSE in the observation group and slightly elevated group,moderately elevated and severely elevated in each group p 0.05,significant difference;In the slightly elevated group and moderate increase in higher group p 0.05,no significant difference.Conclusion NSE detect more early diagnosis of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.
