糖尿病高血压患者尿微量白蛋白与红细胞变形指数的对比研究

目的探讨糖尿病、高血压患者尿微量白蛋白（U-mAlb）与红细胞变形指数（TK）的相关性。方法在日立7180生化分析仪上,采用免疫透射比浊法进行U-mAlb的测定;在SA-600血液流变测试仪上,采用锥板原理进行TK的测定;结果采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果 U-mAlb/Cr（30～300）组和U-mAlb/Cr（〉300）组TK均显著低于U-mAlb/Cr（〈30）组（p〈0.01）。单纯糖尿病、单纯高血压2组患者中U-mAlb/Cr比值升高组TK均低于U-mAlb/Cr比值正常组（p〈0.05）;糖尿病合并高血压组更为明显,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）。结论 U-mAlb/Cr比值与TK之间存在一定的相关性,随着TK的降低,U-mAlb排泄率出现升高;而且糖尿病和高血压可能对U-mAlb和TK有协同影响作用。

The study of correlation between urine microalbumin and erythrocyte deformation index with diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Objective To investigate the correlation between urine microalbumin（U-mAlb） and erythrocyte deformation index（TK） with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods HITACHI 7180 biochemitry analyzer and SA-600 type hemorheology analyzer were used to assay U-mAlb and TK1 the results were analyzed with t test. Results The TK in the U-mAlb/Cr（30- 300） group and U-mAlb/Cr（ 〉 300） group was obviously lower than that in the U-mAlb/ Cr（〈30） group（p〈0.01）. The TK in the U-mAlb/Cr（〉30） group was lower than that in the U-mAlb/Cr（〈30） group between simple diabetes mellitus and simple hypertension groups, there were statistical differences（p 〈0.01）. Conclusion There were correlation between U-mAlb/Cr and TK, with the TK to reduce, U-mAlb excretion began to raise; diabetes mellitus and hypertension maybe had synergy effects to U-mAlb and TK.
