奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑治疗残胃性食管反流的疗效观察

目的通过对比分析奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗残胃性食管反流的临床效果,为临床医师选择最佳治疗药物提供依据。方法选择本科2007年3月～2009年3月收治的42例残胃性食管反流患者,按用药方案抽取质子泵抑制剂药物奥美拉唑21例及泮托拉唑21例。分析对比两组治疗对烧心和反酸、吞咽困难和吞咽痛、胸骨后痛等症状;内镜下粘膜充血、水肿、渗出、糜烂、息肉样隆起等的效果。结果奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑的治疗效果总有效率分别为80.9%（32/42）、71.4%（30/42）,奥美拉唑组明显高于泮托拉唑组,且差异有显著性。结论奥美拉唑是治疗残胃性食管反流比较理想的药物。

A Clinical Observation of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole for Treating Cases of Patients with Esophageal Reflux from Residual Stomach

Objective By contrasting and analyzing the clinical effect of omeprazole and pantoprazole for treating cases of patients with esophageal reflux from residual, provide clinicians with the basis for them to choose the best medicine for the patients. Methods 42 cases of patients with esophageal reflux from residual stomach, which our department treated from March, 2007 to March, 2009, was selected. According to the medicine-using project, 21cases of the patients using proton pump-inhibitior, PPI, Omeprazole and 21 cases of the patients using pantoprazole were picked out. Compare and analyze the curative effects of the two kinds of medicine on symptoms including heartburn and gastric acid, swallowing difficulty and swallowing hurts, retrosternal pain etc. what＇s more, the curative effect on the phenomena that can be seen through the stomach mirrors, containing mucosal hyperemia, endoscopic, edema, oozy, debaucjed, phlypoid uplift, etc. Results The whole efficiencies of the curative effect of Omeprazole and pantoprazole for treating patients with esophageal reflux from residual stomach are 80.9% （32/42）, 71.4%（30/42） in turn. Obviously the curative effects of the group using omeprazole are better than those of another group, besides, the differences are significant. Conclusion Opeprazole is a kind of ideal or effective medicine for treating the cases of patients with esophageal reflux from residual stomach.
