非生物性人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎30例临床分析

目的观察30例重型肝炎患者经非生物型人工肝支持系统（NBALSS）治疗后的转归,探讨NBALSS治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法 30例患者在常规药物治疗基础上联合NBALSS治疗,并设对照组20例常规药物治疗,比较NBALSS组和对照组的治疗效果,同时观察NBALSS治疗后的不良反应。结果 30例患者经NBALSS治疗后临床症状多有明显改善,ALT、AST、TBIL、Cr均降低（p〈0.05）,ChE、PTA均升高（p〈0.05）;对照组常规治疗1周后,ALT、AST、TBIL、Cr、ChE、PTA无明显改变（p〉0.05）;30例患者最终基本治愈及好转出院23例（76.7%）,死亡7例（23.3%）;与对照组相比,死亡率明显下降（p〈0.05）,有统计学意义。NBALSS组68例次治疗后仅有12例次出现不良反应,总发生率为17.6%。结论 NBALSS治疗能有效地改善患者的临床症状和实验室指标,降低重型肝炎的死亡率,并且不良反应发生少,对重型肝炎有肯定的辅助支持治疗作用。

Clinical analysis of non-bioartificial liver Support system therapy in 30 patients with severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the prognosis of 30 patients with severe hepatitis by non-bioartificial liver support system（NBALSS） therapy and discuss the efficacy and safety of non-bioartificial liver therapy in patients with severe hepatitis.Methods 30 patients were divided into NBALSS group,which used conventional drug therapy and NBALSS treatment.20 cases in the control group used conventional therapy only.To compare the efficacy of NBALSS group and control group,while to observe the adverse effects after NBALSS treatment.Results Clinical symptoms of 30 patients treated by NBALSS improved significantly.ALT、AST、TBIL and Cr reduced（p 〈0.05）,while ChE and PTA rose（p 〈0.05）.In the control group after one-week convential therapy,there were no significant changes in ALT、 AST、TBIL、Cr、ChE and PTA（p 〉0.05）.23 patients were eventually discharged from the basic cure in 30 cases（76.7%）,7 died（23.3%）;compared with the control group,the mortality rate decreased significantly（p〈0.05）.There were significant changes in statistical significance.After 68 cases of artificial liver support group,only 12 cases of adverse reactions occurred in 68 cases of the NBALSS group after treatment,and the total incidence was 17.6%.Conclusion NBALSS can improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators effectively,reduce the mortality rate of severe hepatitis,and have fewer adverse effects.Non-bioartificial liver therapy has a positive therapeutic support effect on patients of severe hepatitis.
