黑龙江省艾滋病高效抗病毒治疗患者依从性调查研究

目的了解当地艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性情况和影响因素,为完善治疗效果,提高其生命质量提供依据。方法选取当地2006年底～2008年底开始接受治疗的艾滋病患者为对象,采用问卷访谈方式,调查其过去3d的治疗依从性情况,内容包括治疗情况、知识、行为服药意愿和技能、医患关系和医疗服务等,并采用SPSS11.5软件进行分析。结果有效调查的70名患者的抗病毒治疗依从性≥95%的有57名患者,占81.4%。依从性行好的患者对治疗知识中清楚服药注意事项、正确认识服药出现副反应后应坚持服药及行为服药意愿和技能的治疗有帮助而接受、有提醒服药的手段、认为服药对日常生活没有影响等项目显著高于依从性差的患者（p〈0.01）;此外,依从性好的患者对医患关系和医疗服务中患者信任管理医生、医生每次嘱咐患者服药方法和有上门随访项目高于依从性差的患者（p〈0.05）。而两组患者抗病毒治疗情况项目无显著性差异。讨论艾滋病患者治疗的效果依靠于患者良好的依从性,而良好的依从性取决于患者对疾病的认识、自我接受情况和良好的医疗服务等。应进一步加强健康教育,强化艾滋病治疗管理专业人员的责任感和素质,做好随访和督促指导,提高患者的治疗依从性,完善治疗效果,提高其生命质量。

A survey of adherence on receiving antiretroviral treatment of AIDS/HIV patients in Heilongjiang Province

Objective To understand the local situation on receiving antiretroviral treatment of AIDS/HIV patients, and provide the evidence base on improving adherence, treatment effect and their life quality. Methods 70 effective patients were selected to take part in questionnaire and visiting on investigating the adherence on receiving antiretroviral treatment of AIDS/HIV patients. Results There were 57 patients to arrive at the adherence level more than 95%, the rate was 81.4% which showed good-sized patients were good adherence. The investigation was shown the good adherence patients were better than the had adherence patients on accepting antiretroviral treatment knowledge, self- management, making medicine willing and skills, doctor-patient relationship and clinic and treatment service and the related indicators （p〈0.01）. Conclusiorns The AIDS/HIV patients＇ antiretroviral treatments were depend on good adherence, more educations should be enhanced, and improving the doctors responsibility, building good doctor-patient relationship, effective following-up and supervising and urging were
