微型智能化指关节功能康复锻炼器的研制及临床应用

摘    要:目的探索一种手外伤后康复期功能锻炼的科学、有效方法。方法应用仿生学原理,采用微电子技术、机电一体化技术和电脑控制系统设计而成;进行指关节功能锻炼时其伸屈的频率、活动的角度、牵引的强度可由小到大循序渐进地增加。在研究期间,将烧伤后爪形手、肌腱断裂、其他手外伤100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均遵医嘱每天分上午、下午和晚间进行3次功能康复锻炼,为期3个月。对照组用人工被动或其他功能康复锻炼的方法;观察组用微型智能化指关节功能康复锻炼器。结果两组康复锻炼前后关节活动度、专家评价、病人自我评价,观察组有效率为100%,对照组有效率86%(p〈0.05)。结论微型智能化指关节功能康复锻炼器设计合理、操作方便、锻炼效果可靠。

Making and application of miniature intelligentized training apparatus for finger joint's functional rehabilization

Abstract:Objective The present invention relates generally to finger joint's functional rehabilitation therapy devices and methods.This study is to evalu ate the effectiveness of this device.Methods This apparatus adopts computer-controlled system and microelectronics technology as well as bionics principle.The flexible angle and frequency and intensity can be increasing gradually for patients' convenience.100 participants with hands impairments, disabilities, or handicaps by burn or other injurys were investigated for 3 month.Participants were assigned randomly to two groups.One used our training apparatus three times per day, the controlling group received only self-training.Supervision received from a therapist for all of the training time.Results According to therapist measurement and patients self-assessment, the effectiveness in experimental group is 100% while the controlling group is 86% (p〈0.05).Conclusion These results demonstrate that training apparatus is effective.
