自我医疗现在已经成为医疗体系日益重要的组成部分,它在促进居民健康、缓解卫生费用增长方面具有重要意义。但由于缺乏医疗常识和合理的用药指导,患者的自我医疗行为往往陷入误区。近年来,国内外已开展了不少有关自我医疗的研究,在对相关文献进行深入总结的基础上,阐述国内外自我医疗行为的流行状况,揭示自我医疗行为的影响因素,并列举自我医疗过程中常发生的药品安全问题,进而提出规范自我医疗行为、建立安全用药环境的建议,为政府相关部门的政策制定提供理论支持。
