200例分支杆菌药敏试验的临床意义

目的对结核分支杆菌及非结核分支杆菌培养阳性药物的敏感性及耐药性研究及意义。方法用法国生物梅里埃BacT/ALERT药敏试剂,内含链霉素(SM)、异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RFP)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)4种药对200例分支杆菌培养阳性的标本做药敏试验。结果通过药敏试验得出痰、胸水、椎体脓液、尿、大便等临床标本对SM、INH、RFP、EMB的敏感性及耐药性比例,以及结核分支杆菌及非结核分支杆菌的耐药程度。结论通过分支杆菌药敏试验对指导帮助临床用药具有重要的意义。

Clinical significance of drug susceptibility test of 200 cases of mycobacterium tuberculosis

Objective To explore the culture positive mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacteria drug susceptibility and drug resistance and its significance. Methods The specimens sensitivity test of 200 cases of culture positive mycobacterium was cuducted by France bioMerieux BacT / ALERT sensitivity reagent （containing streptomycin SM,isoniazid INH,rifampicin,RFP, etharnbutol EMB 4 kinds of grugs）. Results Through the sensitivity tests, the sensitivity and proportion of the drug resistance of sputum, pleural effusion, vertebral pus, urine, excrement and other clinical specimens to the SM, INH, RFP, and EMB were obtained, and the degree of drug resist ance of mycobacterium tuberculosis （TB） and the non-tuberculous mycobacteria （MOTT） as well. Conclusion The test of mycobacterium tuberculosis drug susceptibility is of great significance in the guidance and assitance to the clinical use of drugs.
